Due to its position this property was suffering with severe cracked, split and flaking paint along with signs of penetrating damp and blown render.
Firstly we removed the existing surface that had damage and repaired with our GRC render before applying a new surface over all elevations at the rear of the property. We then followed up with our specialist coating in Polar white with a textured finish.
This property is now guaranteed for 20 years against penetrating damp, cracking, splitting and flaking as well as not needing to be painted at all.
